THE COACHING TEAM
EXPERIENCE. PRECISION. INTENT.
At Amplitude Strength, we don’t guess. We build. Led by Head Coach Grant Haines, our coaching methodology is grounded in over a decade of high-performance experience. We combine the discipline of old-school weightlifting with modern biomechanics to build athletes who last.
We have coached athletes from their very first pull all the way to the National platform. Whether you are lifting for gold or lifting for life, you get the same level of technical scrutiny and support.
