No. We work with day-one beginners to national-level athletes. Our programming is tailored to your current skill level.

You need access to a barbell, bumper plates, and a squat rack. We can modify programming for different gym setups, but Olympic Weightlifting requires the basics.

We recommend a minimum of 12 weeks. Strength takes time, and technical changes don't happen overnight. This can be discussed further on sign up.

You upload your videos directly into the TeamBuildr app. We review them with in the week and leave voice/text notes on your technique for the next session.
