  • No. We work with day-one beginners to national-level athletes. Our programming is tailored to your current skill level.

  • You need access to a barbell, bumper plates, and a squat rack. We can modify programming for different gym setups, but Olympic Weightlifting requires the basics.

  • We recommend a minimum of 12 weeks. Strength takes time, and technical changes don't happen overnight. This can be discussed further on sign up.

  • You upload your videos directly into the TeamBuildr app. We review them with in the week and leave voice/text notes on your technique for the next session.
