Bring Amplitude Strength to your facility. We deliver hands-on, highly technical Olympic Weightlifting workshops designed to break bad habits, install elite movement patterns, and give your coaches the cues they need to keep their members safe and progressing.
The Options:
The Snatch or Clean Clinic (Half-Day): A hands-on deep dive into the most technical movement in the gym. We strip the lift down to the raw fundamentals, fix pull mechanics, and rebuild confidence under the bar.
The Full Total (Full-Day): The complete Weightlifting package. A morning dedicated to Strength and Snatch, followed by an afternoon mastering the Clean & Jerk. Includes live video breakdowns and coach-to-coach Q&A

No. We work with day-one beginners to national-level athletes. Our coaching is tailored to your current skill level.

You need access to a barbell, bumper plates, and a squat rack. We can modify programming for different gym setups, but Olympic Weightlifting requires the basics.

We recommend a minimum of 12 weeks. Strength takes time, and technical changes don't happen overnight. This can be discussed further on sign up.

You upload your videos directly into the Coachlogik app. We review them with in the week and leave voice/text notes on your technique for the next session.
